Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of goldquant.io and any application you submit through it. By using the site or submitting an application you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is operated by Quantum AI Technologies Inc., 1275 Av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal, L'Avenue, Montréal, Québec H3B 0G4, Canada, contact privacy@goldquant.io.

GoldQuant is algorithmic trading software licensed to you to run on your own trading account, together with an operator training programme. It is not investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, discretionary asset management, a signal service, or a brokerage. We do not manage money for you and we never take control of your trading account. You retain full control of, and full responsibility for, your account and every decision made on it.

Nothing on this site or in the programme is a personal recommendation. We do not assess whether any trading strategy is suitable for your financial circumstances. If you need advice, consult an appropriately licensed and regulated professional in your jurisdiction.

Access to the Operator Mastery Program is by application. Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline any application at our discretion, and we may change the markets we serve at any time. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract, and you are responsible for ensuring that using automated trading software is lawful where you live.

On acceptance and payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software on the accounts agreed with us. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, share, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the software. No source code is provided. We may suspend or terminate the licence if these terms are breached.

We give a 30-day guarantee on the standalone licence: if the application does not activate and run on MetaTrader 5 as described, we will refund what you paid for it within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is tied strictly to the software functioning as described. It is not tied to your trading results or to whether you pass an evaluation.

The standalone licence is the GoldQuant Engine supplied as a compiled application for Microsoft Windows, running alongside your MetaTrader 5 terminal. No source code is supplied, and the licence grants no right to decompile, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it. Your licence key and the installer are delivered by email within 24 hours of us receiving the MetaTrader 5 account number you nominate. The key is issued against that account number and no other; if you change broker or account we will re-issue it at no charge on request. It includes a written setup guide, an onboarding call, and updates for the lifetime of the product for founders-price buyers. You are responsible for providing a Windows machine or VPS that remains powered on. Configuration on a screen share, weekly sessions and 90 days of operator support belong to the Operator Mastery Program, which is sold separately and by application.

Nothing above is a guarantee of trading outcomes, profit, income, or a passed evaluation. We do not offer any such guarantee, and we would treat anyone who did with suspicion.

Fees, payment terms and access duration are set out at the point of purchase. Except as stated in the 30-day activation guarantee above, fees are non-refundable. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with an equivalent mandatory right, you also have a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases, subject to the exceptions for digital content and services described at checkout and in your purchase agreement. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

You may not use the site or the software unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or misrepresent GoldQuant or your relationship with us.

All content on this site and all software, documentation and training materials provided through the programme remain our property or our licensors' property. Your licence does not transfer ownership of anything.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the software or the programme. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The software runs on third-party platforms such as MetaTrader and interacts with proprietary trading firms and brokers we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, their rule changes, their decisions about your account, or their conduct.

We may change these terms; the "last updated" date will show when. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring or defend proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have there.
